I think my favorite part (which it's also my favorite in the song) is the first "swelling rage" and then the tumble of Spike's history comes into focus. It's very powerful. I especially loved how you transitioned to the flashbacks with the scanning shot of the alley (from OMWF) going dark and then switching to the carriages.
You've started doing something really interesting with abrupted action -- where you stop right as Buffy and Spike make contact, touch, like the final force of the action isn't shown. It communicates this sense of getting lost in contact, where my imagination finishes the action, it really jolts the viewer to engage with the story you're telling.
